We built Appredify from the inside of these problems.
Most martech consultants lead with their methodology. We lead with the situation you're in — because we've been in it.
The seven problems
Before Appredify, Jack Tyler spent years at a mid-size CPG company inheriting marketing systems that didn't work. The problems weren't unique to one company — every problem documented at that company turned out to be industry-wide.
Seven problems were documented across three years:
- 1
PIM and data syndication drift
Product data went out of sync between source systems and retailer destinations, and nobody owned the reconciliation.
- 2
DAM–PIM disconnection
Marketing assets and product data lived in completely separate systems that never talked.
- 3
DAM adoption and governance failure
A six-figure DAM was rolled out and largely ignored because nobody owned governance.
- 4
CRM and customer data governance
Customer records were duplicated, conflicting, and untrusted across Salesforce and downstream systems.
- 5
Marketing email and automation breakdown
Pardot/Account Engagement was set up correctly years ago and had drifted into a state nobody could maintain.
- 6
Analytics and tracking failure
GA4 migration was incomplete, GTM was unmaintained, and reported numbers couldn't be reconciled across platforms.
- 7
Org structure gaps
No dedicated digital marketing operations owner, which was the root cause cascading into the other six.
These seven problems were validated as industry-wide through conversations with peers at dozens of mid-size companies. Appredify was built to solve them — not as a tool, but as a way of working.
Why we don't lead with technology
Most martech consultants sell a stack. We sell a process for fixing what someone else built. The reader who needs us isn't the person who created the problem — it's the person who inherited it.
That changes the conversation. Empathy comes before architecture. Understanding the situation comes before recommending tools. By the time you book a call, you're tired of being told “that's just how it is” by people who haven't lived it.
We've lived it.
Who's behind Appredify
Jack Tyler is the founder of Unified Stack LLC, the parent of Appredify. He spent years in marketing operations roles at mid-size CPG companies, where every system listed above was a system he was handed and asked to fix without enough resources, ownership, or executive air cover.
Appredify is the consulting practice he wished existed when he was on the client side — solutions-led, fixed-scope, tool-agnostic, and built around the assumption that the person calling for help didn't create the mess they're calling about.
A 30-minute call costs nothing and ends with a clear sense of whether this is worth your time.
