How we work

We do one thing: fixed-scope projects with clear deliverables. No retainers. No hourly billing. No vendor lock-in.

You tell us which of the four problems is hurting most. We scope the project — usually two to six weeks — with a fixed price and a defined output. We work efficiently because we've done these engagements before and we bring our own process to each one. Most of the work happens inside your existing systems; we rarely recommend buying new software.

At the end, you have a system that works, documentation your team can follow, and no ongoing dependency on us. We don't keep clients on retainer because we don't need to.
